Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. We process and ship orders quickly. Once the parcel has been processed and sent to the post office, we will be unable to make any changes.

Sometimes it is possible that products will arrive separately, because our team works in different warehouses. If any items are missing from your order, please wait 2-3 working days before contacting us. Most probably the rest of the items will arrive within these days. If the rest of the items are not there within this time frame, please contact us through email. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Order processing time is usually 1-3 working days. On average our orders usually take 4-12 working days to major countries (Australia, United States, UK, New Zealand, Canada, Europe). Other countries there may be a slight delay, any queries please contact our support team at: support@calarbo.com

Orders over $100 are free of charge, we cover the costs. For smaller orders under $100, standard postage is $9.95.

Yes, if you’re not satisfied you can return the order, if it is undamaged and unused. You have 14 days to return your order, which takes effect from the moment your order is received. Items in the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene: Rings & Necklaces, Socks and Caps.
